5. No Automated Querying. You may not send automated queries of any sort to this website (www.LostColonyGame.com) without express permission in advance from Red Planet, LLC.
6. No Account Duplicates. You may not create multiple accounts on the website. One account holder per user.
5. Signatures Limitations. Forum text sigs may not exceed a font size of more than 12 pixels or points. Text sigs may not exceed more than 4 lines of text with or without an image. Text may not "wrap" around more than one line. Image sigs must not exceed 100 KB, may only be in .jpg, .png, or .gif format only, and must not exceed 250 pixels high by 500 pixels wide. Image sigs may not contain any pornography. You are not allowed to use multiple images in your signature. Signatures may not contain cheat site links or material, links to warez sites or files, or links to anything pornographic. Signatures may not contain flames against other account holders.
8. Racist Comments. Racist comments are not acceptable on this site or any other owned Red Planet, LLC service.
9. Threats. Making threats to physically harm other account holders when using this Service is forbidden. This could also get you into trouble with your local law enforcement.
10. Defaced Images. Under no circumstance are you allowed to post or publish defaced images of another individual when using this Service.
11. Posting Personal Information. It is recommended that you do not post any information such as phone numbers, e-mail addresses, or postal addresses to other account holders when using this Service. Any such information posted on the public forum when using this Service will be promptly removed along with your account.
12. Copyright Material. Copyrighted material may not be posted when using this Service. Copyright infringement (or copyright violation) is the unauthorized use of material that is protected by intellectual property rights law particularly the copyright in a manner that violates one of the original copyright owner's exclusive rights, such as the right to reproduce or perform the copyrighted work, or to make derivative works that build upon it. For electronic and audio-visual media, unauthorized reproduction and distribution is often referred to as piracy or theft.
