Lost Colony is an MMOFPS game based on a dynamic episodic release system. The current place & time is "Episode 1: The Acquistiion Wars", which is in the year 2016. "Episode 2: Procyron III", moves into the year 2246.

Our episodic releases allow more details of the Lost Colony game storyline and it also includes players and/or their Outfits to be named in future episodes. This dynamic process allows players and/or their Outfits to be marked in history as the game evolves.

LC Episode 1: The Acquisition Wars is set on Earth, circa 2016, when a brief but brutal third world war leaves the global economy in shambles. With global governments failing to meet the needs of their people, three major corporate entities, known as Veritas Corp based in America, the Shinri Foundadion based in Asia, and Alithays Inc based in Europe, scramble to reunite the world with its most treasured resource: electricity.

You will take on the roles of indentured servants, mercenaries and soldiers left over from the war with no home to welcome them back. Bought up by the companies, you now find yourselves unwilling volunteers in an experimental cloning program. While what's left of your original body floats in a tank deep in secret laboratories, rapid-clone technology allows duplicates of you to be generated from human blanks in a matter of seconds.

Now you fight across the scarred landscape of the post-war earth for control of power generation facilities: coal plants, nuclear plants, solar plants, and hydroelectric dams are your targets. Various military outposts will serve as bases of operation as you stage your attacks and as supply depots from which to purchase equipment. You're working for the companies now, soldier, and the salary they pay you can only end up in their coffers again.
